SOSUA:
counts with approx. 10.000 citizens and was founded 1940 from Jewish. Just a few kilometers east from the international airport
Puerto Plata the little city of Sosúa divides in two parts.
The first part is charamicos where the native live and in el batey where the tourist center and most hotels are located.
Between these both sides you can find the Sosúa beach, the fine sanded and most know beach at the north coast.
Activities like discos, restaurants and nightclubs can be found in el batey.
